It was a godsend that my mother was at Trinity Elms for the last five months of her life. The final month’s of my mother’s life were spent with individuals who cared about her well-being and made her comfortable to her last breath. I want to thank you for your timely monitoring of mother’s death and medical needs. Your guidance in determining the proper care and use of drugs resulted in my mother not having to endure a period of prolonged suffering. I will never forget what you and others did for my mother.
I wanted to take a minute and let you both know how much I appreciate the care you provided to my mom while she was at the Lutheran home for the past 4 years. I really appreciated your phone calls to my as we transitioned mom to comfort care for her final days. I know you’re both very busy but it speaks volumes about you as health care providers when you provide this type of personal touch. Again, I thank you.
Thank you for the care you provided my father during these last few weeks of life. He always trusted your care and advice. After he learned the diagnosis of cancer from the PET scan he had in September, naturally he was depressed. However, once he had conferred with you, he seemed accepting and at peace with his choices.
My dad’s long life was so enriched by your care. Me and my family are so thankful for your care for Dad, but also for being frank with us about his health over the years.
It is with deepest appreciation our family thanks you for the excellent care you provided our father. Most graciously yours,
Just wanted you to know how much I appreciated your care for my husband during his brief time at the state veterans home. Thanks, too, for helping me understand what to expect as he moved toward the end of life. Your concern for his health and for me was genuine and helped me through a difficult period of life. We were fortunate to have you at our sides.
I want to thank you for taking such good care of my father during his short stay. Your guidance and support was so helpful to our family during my father’s last days. You provided the information and emotional support we needed to help our father through this transition as his wishes were honored. What you do truly makes a difference. All my gratitude,
I and my family want to thank you for the nearly four years of your considerable care of my dear husband, Paul. Please be assured that such care made my days worry free as I knew that he was in good hands. Thank you again for your support that final afternoon.
